Fixing retention time #8

Hi there,
This is not so much an issue, but rather a request for clarification of what is the intention of line 806 through to 874 in get_chemscorev1.6.71.R?
From the comment in line 754 of the same script, I believe there is some attempt to split the correlated RTclust module components in to bins with reasonable retention time overlap. Is this correct? Could you perhaps explain the logic behind this code?
