Currently "edit config" reports that only people with "Administrator" permission can edit configs, however the config editing website checks for "Manage Server".
Which should it be? Administrator is more strict, but Manage Server is also very permissive without being as dangerous as Administrator. What do most server owners feel is an appropriate permission requirement for people who will need to edit configs. Do they only trust Administrators or do they want people purposely limited to Manage Server to have the ability?
The popular Dyno bot follows the Manage Server approach.
Feedback requested. For now I will update the command to report "Manage Server".
