Provide content entity for FAQ #47
Description
We should provide a content entity for FAQs since it would be nice to configure the questions/answers without touching the front-end. It could be contained in a designated module faq. They should provide question, answer, category and some scope to distinguish questions for creatives and organizations.
The administration form should be accessible to the role configurator.
