Telescope integration for notmuch-threads

• Keymap: <C-f> for "Filter"
• Loads all threads (lines) in the current search buffer into Telescope
  • Preview: notmuch-show output (optionally with folding)
  • <CR>: Opens thread in thread view
  • <some-other-keymap>: Create new buffer with all applicable (filtered) threads
    • If no text input, just cancel
    • If filtered, add some indicator in the buffer name
      • ie. (Filter: <...>) tag:inbox and date:today
  • Ordinal
    • Thread ID
    • From: list
    • Subject
    • Date
    • Tags (split each into tag:<tag> for easy filtering
