[enhancement] please support `resize` in asize layout

Include resize: horizontal; in layout.vue under the aside section to enable horizontal resizing of the sidebar, enhancing the user experience.

The resize css property only allows user to grab the right bottom corner, which is not an elegant way of implementing a resizable side bar. I'm planning on writing js logic to handle this.

Also resizing would break certain component styles(such as search filter bar), and wouldn't work while showing PDF.
I may have to rewrite the styling for these stuff.
