CI Testing for verification of Wasm on browser. #203
Description
elfconv uses simple CI testing for AArch64 instruction conversion and WASI runtime test of Hello World program. However, elfconv lacks the test for Wasm on browser regardless elfconv recently has enhanced the conversion to Wasm on browser.
Then, we must implement the CI testing for it (with playwright?)
