Support Go binaries

I want to lift Go binaries from Linux to WASI so they can be composed effectively (Go's WASI port doesn't allow mocking networking). Supporting Go binaries here would be effective for that.

Yes, supporting the lifting of ELF binaries compiled from Go programs would be very interesting and valuable. However, I think it’s not an easy task because Go binaries include various runtime components (e.g., goroutines).

Could you tell me about your use case for using elfconv with Go binaries targeting WASI?

I want to test websites in a secure and isolated environment, which will involve temporary deployment. I want to use cloudflared to do that deployment, and deploy it in WASI so that port management can be controlled externally without using containers (WASM binaries are easier to manage and manipulate than containers, and I don't want to fully rely on the Linux network stack for deployments).

Since cloudflared is a Go binary, it would need to be lifted as the WASI target 1. doesn't support custom networking backends and 2. uses poll_oneoff (whilst the Linux version doesn't use even poll iirc)
