Manage a section of authorized_keys rather than creating a complete file

• Place Forte keys in a commented block
• Target remote host
  • Accept single hostname as argument
  • Accept YAML file of multiple target hosts
• Download existing authorized_keys file
• Replace contents of Forte commented block
• Upload updated authorized_keys file
