Node Provisioning fails

I have finished the setup and am trying to run the Node provisioning step and I get the following error:

docker-compose run -e constraint:node==swarm-master --rm provision playbooks/bootstrap.yml

ERROR:
Can't find a suitable configuration file in this directory or any
parent. Are you in the right directory?
Supported filenames: docker-compose.yml, docker-compose.yaml

I am in the base flokenstien directory

/Users/david/Projects/flokenstein

OK having that file in there obviously got me further along.

The error seems to be about a missing FLOCKER_CONTROL_IP

WARNING: The FLOCKER_CONTROL_IP variable is not set. Defaulting to a blank string.

I also had to update the .yml file to change AWS_REGION to AWS_DEFAULT_REGION as that is the standard AWS export name.

After skipping down the README I see where you mention exporting these Variables. This should be moved up to allow the Compose scripts to complete. Do you want me to open a separate ticket for that?

Also after setting the variables as instructed I get the following error:

docker-compose run -e constraint:node==swarm-master --rm provision playbooks/bootstrap.yml

ERROR: No healthy node available in the cluster

I've done this twice now and I get the same result. here are the necessary env vars

DOCKER_TLS_VERIFY=1
DOCKER_HOST=tcp://<<swarm master public ip:3376
DOCKER_CERT_PATH=/Users/david/.docker/machine/machines/swarm-master
DOCKER_MACHINE_NAME=swarm-master
KV_IP=<kvstore-public-ip>
FLOCKER_CONTROL_IP=<swarm master private IP> 
AWS_ZONE=us-west-2a

This warning:

should not prevent docker-compose from working.

As for the healthy node issue, that is indeed strange. Are you able to run any other container in your Swarm cluster? It looks too me like the Cluster it's not properly setup. I'm going to give it a try to the zone you're using to see if I run into any of the issues you're describing ...
