Background service setup is clunky #56

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.
Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
If you want to use background service to synchronize from studio - sftp (most like use case), you need to start Tray first masquarading as a studio drive and set studio-sftp in Site Settings. Only after that you can start background service.
This is clunky and it should be possible to control it directly from command line, in same way as --active_site argument.
