Default local roots overrides setting messes the studio roots configuration

Description

Current Behavior

Once Site Sync is enabled, the ayon+settings://sitesync setting for project and site creates a default override to Local roots overrides as work: "C:/projects_local" (here). This requires every user to either remove or change this default override, which will lead to omission and errors while the team scales.

Expected Behavior

As an override should only be optional, I recommend there would be no default value to this local roots overrides setting this way the studio configuration is the reference and only when the situation requires it, user can set local overrides.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enable Site Sync
2. Go to ayon+settings://sitesync
