Project projec statuses sync issues #274

Description
Current Behavior
Processor ignores existing statuses when updating project. If AYON project exists and has status Approved but shotgrid project has status approved it does not match it which causes crash of project update.
Expected Behavior
Shotgrid sync should use get_status_by_slugified_name to find out if status already exists.
Not sure if the same issue happens for folder and task types too. If yes then that should be handled too and we should add slugified versions to project in ayon api.
