Workfiles publish dont create versions in SG #253

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.
Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
Workfile version doesn't need to be pushed to SG. Currently, both workfile and render are pushed to SG which is not necessary.
