YN-0143: Validate AYON_SITE_ID before creating site it

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

One can create site name by forcing it by env var AYON_SITE_ID. There is no validation for it so server could create site names of any format.

AYON launcher is pretty conservative about format of site name though.

So names as

cp-ws030:john.doe

would limit launcher from starting up.
