Force redownload and unzip of all addons #186

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues and added correct labels.
Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?
It would be nice to have some command line flag or env var to force purge of unzipped addon from AppData and new deploy.
This could help for reviewing of PRs when old unzipped addon code is left behind.
Or sometimes for adhoc debugging with clients, where pointing them to delete code from AppData is cumbersome.
Suggested implementation?
New command line flag and environment variable.
