Project Sync doesn't fetch newly added users on the Kitsu side

Description

Current Behavior

Starting a project sync using the sync now button doesn't synchronize users added to the paired project on the Kitsu side.

Expected Behavior

If a user is added to a paired project on the Kitsu server, it should be synchronized to the Ayon server when main sync is run.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enable Sync users in Kitsu addon
2. Stop any running kitsu service
3. Go to Kitsu, to the paired project > Team, and add a user to it
4. Start a kitsu service and click on the project's Sync now
5. Check in the Project access tab of your project
