Add a general-purpose AYON Publisher HDA for custom publishing (Flipbook, Alembic, Cache, etc.)

Currently, AYON for Houdini doesn’t provide a dedicated HDA for submitting and publishing custom outputs (e.g., Flipbooks, Alembic caches, geometry exports) directly from the Houdini network like OUT and TOP. Every time we need to publish through AYON Publisher.

Is it possible to get an HDA for this one in upcoming release?

It's exactly what this PR tends to solve: #122
Essentially a ROP that publishes whatever it's input is.

Technically it could be altered too, to not necessarily require an input, but just allowing to set up filepaths directly as parms on the node itself - making it even more flexible for some custom workflows.
