[Feature Request] Remove X Side Id from resolve function. 

## Preamble

Currently, we do not ask the Ayon server to resolve the full path but explicitly ask the server to only give us rootless paths. 
With this, we don't need to send the side ID and can save a few more bytes over the network. 

## Implementation
remove the ayon side id from the Resolve Calls
