filtering is inaccurate

just found that my *.msz filter (this is 127.0.1.1 domain for local projects testing) also affects pages containing msz substring, https://www.msz.gov.pl/ for example.
And thanx for simple, but great idea :-)

Also, tried with regex end of string anchor w/o result:

Yes this is not full regexp support.
I have to add an option to enable full regexp for power users. Start tunned
