Schema additions from #3

This issue is for reviewing changes in the now local branch "schemaAdditions" - https://github.com/yip/engine/tree/schemaAdditions (originally from #3)

Initial concerns:

• Not convinced of the method used for validation or the way validation rules are declared.
• schema.json should probably be renamed to exampleData.json or something like that
• We should probably start a wiki in this repo to outline the different values in the schema
• Specs should be fixed to reflect new schema (can be run via mocha ./specs)

Ok - we can discuss the validation (I am not persuaded myself of it and tbh I hadn't realized that I had added it to the pull request on top of committing to my fork). Agree with the other concerns and want also to discuss the schema because the difference between reports and reportUpdates is not 100% clear in my mind.

Unrelated: did you want to make the routes with express or you had in mind some alternative?
