Implemеnt any DB adapter before release

In process of creation a DB adapter architectural problems may appear.
We can make yiisoft/rbac-db or yiisoft/rbac-spiral-db.

They are without implementation. After refactoring of yiisoft/rbac need implements one of this packages.
