Is it possible to use cell-segmented h5ad data as input?

Hello,

First of all, thank you for developing this very useful software!

I noticed in the examples that it reads 2μm matrices. I was wondering if it would be possible to:

1. First perform cell segmentation on my data
2. Obtain the expression matrix in h5ad format
3. Then use STHD for annotation?

Could you please advise if this workflow would be supported?
