How to use Stereoseq converted h5ad file

Hi!

I have stereo-seq data that I wanted to try with this tool. However, after creating the h5ad file as per instructions in the format_conversion_stereo.ipynb, I honestly wanted to proceed but I got very confused with the pipeline and I only see examples for Visium... the input data is always Visium data and I'm lost. Would be amazing if you could either provide a tutorial for stereo-seq datasets, or just let me know what I'm missing, how to use converted h5ad file downstream.
