Can we restrict the prediction for specific cell type?

Hi,

I have another question, would it be possible to use a specific TME for the prediction, for example macrophages? My query dataset contains only a macrophages population.

I found a workaround for this, and I would appreciate your thoughts on it.

For example, if I am confident about my cell type (for instance I have macrophages subset) and would like to annotate the different cell states within macrophages, can I set UseForCellStateAnno=1 for the modules of interest, mainly based on the annotation, in mectable and use it for the downstream?
