[REQ] More general preferences/conditions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current per-tensor conditions are not applicable if we want to express conditions that involve more than one tensor.

Describe the solution you'd like
The ability to provide additional conditions in ff.factorize as a list of additional tensor expressions.
