Set expectations on timing in logs? (appeared stuck at "Removing conflicting references...")

I initially came here to file an issue because I thought it was stuck here:

Since I just saw "Removing conflicting references..." in terminal and "Starting conversion pipeline..." in the UI.

It got past this and worked though! Just wondering if periodically logging that things are in progress, or denoting "this might take a minute" could help.

Yeah that's good feedback I can see where that would get confusing! I'll work on getting them aligning and updating the UI.
