[Feature Request] NetCDF Support

Hello,

I am very happy to see someone else interested in scientific computing with Rust! Thank you for your pioneering work. I primarily use AMBER for MD simulations, so I would greatly appreciate the ability to load/analyze/manipulate NetCDF (.nc) files in Rust. I am relatively new to Rust, and I don't know anything about developing Rust packages, but please let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Thank you.

@helmutcarter I never used .nc files, but if it can be handled by VMD than it is rather straightforward to support through a VMD molfile plugin. Could you please attach a small .nc file (containing only a couple of frames) and the corresponding PDB file?

@helmutcarter One thing, which I don't quite like is that NetCDF library itself is a rather heavy dependency, which has to be installed separately (I don't like to bundle it with MolAR). So this feature is likely to be optional.

@yesint Thank you. Making it optional seems logical. I'll provide a 5 frame trajectory of benzene. The PDB is here. The atom parameters/topology for AMBER are contained in .parm7 files, so here is the appropriate one. Finally, here is the NetCDF file in ASCII format. Please note however that NetCDF trajectories are almost universally created, stored, etc. in binary format.
