Updating broken links in the docs

Here are some links that seem to be broken or otherwise would benefit from an update:

• Yearn Partners Form - it's not broken but needs an extra click for the correct redirect
• The profit-sharing tier table link doesn’t seem to do anything
• The Vesper link seems to lead to a blank page
• The Emergency toolbox link leads to an empty Readme
• The Iron Bank (C.R.E.A.M Finance) link leads to a 404 page
• The deFinn Infographic link initiates an image download
• Crv.ape.tax doesn’t seem to load
• Hyperlinks on the Yearn Lens page don’t seem to redirect anywhere
• Tracheopteryx’s name is missing the x in the proposal 51 on the Proposal Repository page
• The Earn link leads to a 404
• The Iron Bank) link leads to a 404
• “Impermanent loss" seems to be in a wrong cell
• The yGift Discord invite is invalid
• The “Strategies” Discord invite is invalid
• The “Discord” link under the Community section leads to Discord’s landing page
