Critic-lite (length, tone, basic ATS check)

Add a post-processing critic that checks the draft for: length limits (≤400 words), tone adherence (Concise+Warm), ATS heuristics (no tables/headers).

Acceptance Criteria:
• Drafts exceeding length flagged.
• Non-standard formatting flagged.
• Simple ATS score (%) returned.
