Newsletter "Stay up to date" input not submitting / no response

Description

The "Stay up to date" email input in the footer is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://urbackend.bitbros.in/#use-cases
2. Scroll to footer
3. Enter a valid email
4. Click the arrow button

Expected Behavior

Email should be submitted successfully or show a success message.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens after clicking the submit button.

and send them product updates or newsletters.

So, i got these 3 points

But how will you configure automated email service?, like when we implement a password reset functionality, then we ask user to enter email and send otp, then only we send otp na?
then how will we automate the email sending for new feature/releases??
