Enable restore of entire directory

This should be thought of carefully:
Should we override the source folder and make it exactly the same as the target? This might cause loss of data if the current files in the source have not been backed-up yet.( We can trigger a backup operation right before doing it and by that avoid the possibility of data loss.).
Maybe we should just enable restoring missing files and avoid possibility of data loss.
