No events captured during compare differential isoforms #137

Hi,
I managed to carry out the steps of MISO all the way to running and getting the Psi values for my RNAseq datasets. Summarize-miso command also stated to capture events during summarizing. However, when I tried to compare two conditions to check for differential isoforms, it immediately stated that there were no events captured. Because of this, I am not able to use the Bayes factor to plot the sashimi plot properly. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you.
