Add Zulip chat for the project

The organization is created with zulip, we need to:

• wait for confirmation that we get standard plan for free
• test the chat here: https://yaptide.zulipchat.com
• add info on the project landing page about the chat
• check of open access to some channels
• find good procedure for inviting new members
