Is a Deleted Database ID Recoverable?

During the trial, I performed a delete operation on ID1, but it seems impossible to retrieve it. Is there a way to get it back as I need the serial numbers to be consecutive?
In addition, for the Label column, is it possible to unify all the units to grams?

There is no way to retrieve spool that was deleted.
If you must have an ID in between the only way is to edit it in the file on the SDCard. Be aware though, that ID's are assigned always as the last ID + 1. So if you end a spool number 5 and delete it a new spool will not use the ID 5.

Theoretically it is possible to have everything in grams, but that's a matter of preference and I chose to use kg on 500 grams multiplications (so I think 0.5kg, 1.5kg will be there when it is exactly 500g and 1500g).
