Unhashable type: list in yaml.org example

Neither yq nor pyyaml can handle this example from yaml.org. They both complain about unhashable type: list.

It seems to be taken from the spec for YAML 1.2.*?

but PyYAML supports YAML 1.1

JS parser parse this yaml like this*

Btw, i have library which supports YAML 1.2.*.

The 1.1 has the same example. The way that JS site parses it is not correct. This isn't something JSON can express.
