I sincerely thank you for sharing the project and appreciate your efforts. I have discussed my questions regarding issue #10 with the session initiator and was fortunate to receive your response.
Questions:
1. I would like to reconfirm whether I can easily train using different clinical data without ground truth.
2. Have you tried using 'non-tubular' data, such as from the lung surface, which has a different lighting style compared to the interior of the intestine? If so, how much data should I prepare?
Actually, I am hoping to connect with friends who are doing similar work to mine. I hope this does not cause any inconvenience to the authors and everyone involved. Please forgive me.
