DateTime should allow other formats

The following occurs when de-serializing "\"2019-11-29T04:00:32.234224Z\""

System.Exception: datetime

The problem appears to be that exactly 7 digits below seconds is expected.

Is there a workaround for this?

I'm unsure how to override DateTime de-serialization, which appears to be here:
