I used this approach to add the wheels:

• pip install build twine # build 1.2.2post1, twine 6.1.0
• download latest .tgz from pypi
• tar xzf ...
• cd ...
• python3.13 -m build
• twine upload dist/*.whl (and check if upload succeeded)
