Can't run xtail in docker 

Hi,

When using xtail in my docker, I got the following errors:

Calculating the library size factors

1.Estimate the log2 fold change in mrna
2.Estimate the log2 fold change in rpf
3.Estimate the difference between two log2 fold changes

Killed

Could you please help me with this issue? Or, anyone who faced the same problem can help me out?
