In the last step for junction annotation,

python src/statistic_annotation.py refs/gencode.v19.annotation_noHead.gtf junctionSite.txt loci1_annotation5bp+gtf.txt loci2_annotation5bp+gtf.txt

what is the "gencode.v19.annotation_noHead.gtf" file?
where can we find this gtf file or is it edited?

"gencode.v19.annotation_noHead.gtf" is edited from "gencode.v19.annotation.gtf" (download from GENCODE) with no first five lines information.
