Permanently banned cause some assholes decided they want to own the server for the day is a shit idea icl

For the 2nd one id you get kicked within 30% of the previous ban time thatd work, so if you get kicked within 24 hours after a 7 day ban or within 5 minutes of a votekick (1 hour) and such. Scales with time
