Make achievement based bracket colors, use the discord role colors as their colors

Staff ranks go above achievement colors tho

I don't think this is the way to go with achievements since colors are already used by ranks.
I plan to give the ability to use icons instead. But, gotta finish the database refactor first.

@phinner while your at it this is what was done before. Regardless many players have asked how to see if they have active or not as its impossible to tell what achievements you have
