Many2many field in announcement

The many2many fields in announcement, like groups and tags, are barely readable when filled.

Fortunately it's a lot better when we click on them so I consider this not completely critical, I'd just like to know if you have any suggestion to improve this?

Maybe as a suggestion there can some kind of new autocomplete element with multiple choices in one line.
