Comments in schema

As brought up in aers/FFXIVClientStructs#1486 we possibly want some way to mark-up sheets to add additional information, such an explanation for row IDs or a better description for the sheet. I see in the README it mentions:

Comment support on any schema object

But I only see comment support defined in the schema for fields, should we extend it to sheets too?
