docs: translate flowmaster.md skill file from Portuguese to English

Summary

The flowmaster.md skill file still contains sections, comments, and inline descriptions in Portuguese. Since the project targets an international audience and the README is already in English, the skill file should be fully translated.

What needs to happen

1. Audit flowmaster.md for any remaining Portuguese content (headers, descriptions, comments, examples)
2. Translate all Portuguese text to clear, natural English
3. Preserve all technical terms, Mermaid syntax, and code blocks exactly as they are
