文档一直在 vmark 中打开
然后在终端通过 git checkout/restore 操作了该文档之后，提示【自动保存已暂停】

猜测可能是 vmark 的自动保存使用了 git 的版本控制之类的功能， git checkout/restore 打乱了这个过程
