Feature details
Currently, images are completely invisible and have a size of 0x0 until they're done loading. This often leads to me accidentally skipping a page without noticing. (It's particularly bad when you open a new chapter. It's hard to tell whether the page you're looking at is the first page or not, so you're basically forced to wait a while.)
There should be some sort of placeholder while an image is loading.
