Using Xdas with Spyder is slow #44

As discussed in #40 with @SoumayaLatour, it appears that the variable explorer of Spyder interfere with Xdas and slows down things. It seems to be related to an old issue.
The workaround : in the drop down menu of the variable explorer, check the "Exclude unsupported data types" option.
Yet it would be nice to avoid that problem.
