DnsCache `Last Seen` column is not updating

Steps

1. open CMD
2. ping one.one.one.one
3. ipconfig /flushdns
4. ping again

Actual: The Last Seen timestamp does not update

Expected: The Last Seen column should update to the current time (new timestamp).

This will not work we can only tell when we see soemthign in the cache apearing, if its aready cached by windows a new resolution for that domain will not be visible to MP.
we would need to hook all processes on the system for that, something we may do in future but not anytime soon.
