Party chat & friend whispers messages now need to be signed

Since the 33.10 update that released today, all party/friend messages need to be signed, and if they're not, the client won't show them. The signing algorithm hasn't been reversed yet so as of today, although rebootpy will still be able to receive messages, it won't be able to send them at this moment.

NOTE: This currently affects ALL Fortnite libraries.

It's beyond me to reverse since it's done by the game and not the API but there are people working on reversing it.
